Understanding Licenses

Click the Administration tab.

The Account Summary shows details about your account and its features.
Under the Features and Advanced Features headings, you see information about your account. The check mark by the application name means that it is enabled.

System Features

• Bandwidth per Month shows the amount of data transmitted to or from your account monthly compared to the amount of bandwidth you are allowed to use.
• Disk Usage (MB) shows the amount of hard drive space consumed by your account compared to the amount of disk space you are allowed to use.

Presentation

• The number of authors licenses assigned to users (first number) compared to the number of licenses purchased (second number). {link to Authors}

TrainingAdobe Connect Server supports out-of-the-box integration with an organization's existing user management system directory (Active Directory, LDAP), reducing application management costs by enabling you to manage users and groups in a single location.

Single sign-on

• The pricing model that your organization uses for training.

• Training managers lists the number of managers in your installation compared to the number that is permitted. {link to Training Managers}
• Named Training Learners lists the number of learners that have been added to the learners group compared to the number that is permitted. (Only members of this group can view training content.)
• Training Concurrent Learner License Limit lists the number of users who can simultaneously view training content.
• Virtual Classroom Manager lists the current number of users in Virtual Classroom Managers group as compared to the number of licenses provisioned.

Meeting

• The pricing model that your organization uses for attendees {link to Concurrent user VS. Named Organizer}
• Meeting Hosts shows the number of meeting host licenses assigned to users (first number) compared to the number of licenses purchased (second number). {link to Meeting Hosts}
• Meeting Peak Concurrent Users shows the number of users, across all meeting rooms, who can simultaneously attend meetings. (The Soft Limit is the amount of quota that was purchased and the Hard Limit is the amount of quota that is enforced.)
• The Concurrent Users Per Meeting shows the number of users who can simultaneously attend a single meeting.
• Burst Pack Minutes are prepaid overage minutes.

Seminars

• Seminar Administrators shows the number of Seminar Administrator licenses assigned to users (first number) compared to the number of licenses purchased (second number). {link to Seminar Administrators}
• Webinar 100 Managers, Webinar 500 Managers, and Webinar 1000 Managers are listed and show the number of licenses assigned to users (first number) compared to the number of licenses purchased (second number). {link to Webinar Managers}

Event Management
